Paul Richards started Parr Tilers in 1982 after spending 12 years as a toolmaker at Lesney Matchbox in Hackney, London, and ITT in Harlow.  Paul started tiling for friends and relatives and decided it was a trade he wanted to continue.  In 2003, Pauls son Ben joined the business.

Over the years Parr Tilers have worked for some famous names, tiling their elaborate bathrooms and swimming pools – even abroad, but the main bulk of their work is for local builders, plumbers, kitchen companies and private customers, who always recommend Parr Tilers to their friends and relations.  In fact we are now doing jobs for older customer’s offspring in their own properties.

One of the favourable comments we always get from customers is our clean and tidy way of working and we love seeing the smile on our customer’s faces when they see the finished result – satisfied with a quality job.
